There are two basic hormones which affect the women’s body on very regular basis. One is called ostreton and the other is testosterone. With the reproductive system, these two hormones change places to create the required environment for reproduction to take place. However, too much of any of these two hormones does create a different reaction in the physical and emotional balance of women.  Consuming alcohol works as a stimulant to testosterone and thus affects the normal balance of the woman’s physical and emotional balance. This is not the case with men and that maybe where the difference takes place.

The effects and reactions that result from this unbalance break the inhibitions that most women have about their social structures and about their bodies in general. They tend to become more liberal about themselves and to have an increased feeling of powerfulness. Unfortunately, since they do not seem to be aware of the dangers they put themselves on at this stage; they tend to react in a very liberal and free way even with strangers and people they hardly know and sometimes react against those trying to make them aware of the dangers they are putting themselves in the process.

Not only that, once the effects of the alcohol have passed and you are able to remember the kind of behavior you exposed yourself to in front of your friends and family, you may find it difficult to face them next time you come in contact with them. This horrible guilt feeling will stay with you for a long time.

Once you are aware of the reasons why something like that can happen to you, you will be more cautious about drinking alcohol at all. If still you feel you should be part of the drinking ritual, make sure your alcohol intake is moderate and that you are surrounded by people who know you well and who understand the symptoms mentioned in this article. This article is written with the sole purpose of creating awareness of the underlying causes of alcohol in women only for their benefit, as you may not be really aware of the consequences once it is too late to reverse what you have done or when you have already put yourself in a lot of danger.

Any kind of drink can give you a hangover and the reason of a hangover is basically due to dehydration of the body due to the alcohol content. The more alcohol percentage in your drink the more you need to drink water as well to stay hydrated and to avoid a bad hangover.
