Hormonal unbalance is a very common symptom of menopause and this imbalance can create many other symptoms that we need to take into consideration. Mood swings are maybe one of the most common symptoms of hormonal imbalance and menopause. However, this mood swings are so fast that you may not be aware of them until you start to see a big difference in your behavior and in your responses to the normal things in life. Before you were able to make a sense of what was happening to your system, however, in some cases you find that you are totally lost and have no idea of what is really happening. Once you become aware of the symptoms and the reasons why the mood swings are taking place, it becomes easier to get a grip of the situation.
As mentioned before, the symptoms of menopause vary from women to women and it all depends on many factors. Even small things like taking soya on regular basis throughout their lives make Chinese women less susceptible to the hormonal imbalances related to menopause.
