Breast cancer is a very dangerous problem that women are facing everyday in the world. It is very important to be aware of the consequences that you may have due to bad lifestyle habits and lack of awareness. Breast self massage is a very important and simple way of keeping the health of the breasts and making it easier to detect any kind of abnormalities in the system. Although it is not common for women to do self analysis or self massage of their breast, it is highly recommended as a good and simple exercise which does not really cost you anything.
