A viral disease is the terminology given to a disorder created by a virus. A virus is a microorganism that is not visible to the naked eye, and that however, can get easily attached to a cell in the human body and begin to grow through those cells creating an adverse reaction in the immune system.  This organism then begins to multiple in a very fast manner and it begins to disrupt the proper function of the body. Of course, the immunes system has its very strong mechanisms to combat this intrusion and it is therefore extremely important to have a very healthy diet that is capable of handling this situation at any time.

Viruses exist everywhere. You can find them in the environment, you can find them in animals, you can find them in the air and you can get them through breathing, or through the water that we drink, or through food as well.

There are many diseases that are directly related to these viruses. For example HIV or Immunodeficiency Virus is one of those strong kinds of viruses that attack the immune system and can create diseases like AIDS.  HIV virus needs to have a living cell to contaminate humans and therefore you can only get HIV if you have intercourse with a person which is already infected with the disease or if the mother breastfeeds a baby, while she is infected with this virus. Contaminated syringes, or needles and blood transfusion are also some of the most common ways of transmission of this virus. HIV has been considered as a very strong virus and unfortunately there is no known medication to cure its effects on the system and therefore it is important to stay away from these diseases.

Hepatitis is an infection of the liver. This is also considered a very dangerous disease especially in its later stages, and this is also due to a virus. This virus can be transmitted by sexual intercourse or by anal sex as well. There is a vaccine available for some types of hepatitis however, not all are covered yet. Hepatitis can be cured if you are aware of its presence in your body and if you are able to get proper medication for the right type of disorder. Hygiene is extremely important to avoid these kinds of viruses that can create so many problems in our day to day lives.

West Nile Virus is a kind of virus that affects the humans and animals alike. This virus can enter the human body through a mosquito carrying the virus and it can further multiply to others through blood transfusion or organ transplant. Usage of mosquito repellents and hygiene at all times is the best remedy for these kinds of viruses. Prevention will definitely create a big difference.

Polio is another virus that has created a lot of pain in human history. This is a virus that is formed in the feces and it circulates on the air. It then finds a way into the human body and once it reaches the intestines, it starts to affect the growth of a person. However, there is a vaccine available for Polio and there is extensive work on trying to eradicate the disease completely.
