Non Itchy Rash

Non Itchy Rash

A non itchy rash can be caused by a number of reasons. It can be caused by something as serious as diabetes. On the other hand, it can also be caused by just sweating the whole day and exposure to too much heat. It can also be a mere allergic reaction or a manifestation of something else wrong with the body. In any case, it would be wise to know what are the causes or your rash and what to do with them.

Non Itchy Rash and Diabetes

Skin rash is considered as one of the symptoms of diabetes. Diabetes itself can cause not only skin rashes, but also a number of other skin disorders. In fact, skin problems are seen as one of the many discomforts related to diabetes.

Non-itchy skin rashes are caused by diabetic neuropathy wherein people with this condition have blisters that do not itch. These can be seen on the hands, forearms, toes and backs. They can appear to be painless burn blisters which can either be big or small. Not to worry though, these blisters can go away if you maintain the right blood sugar level.

Know your Non Itchy Rash Allergies

Allergies can be caused by a lot of factors. For one, they can be caused by exposure to something in your environment or something you had direct contact with. It can also be caused by something in your diet. But for allergies associated with non-itchy rashes, the latter two are the ones to consider.

So how do you know what causes your non-itchy skin rashes? One way would be through the elimination diet. Here is how you do it.

First, write about your overall physical and mental condition. Include even the most trivial. Your rashes may not be the only thing wrong in your body.

Next, eliminate food with wheat, oats, soy, eggs, milks, nuts, gluten, corn and food additives from your diet for the next week to a month. Keep a daily record of your food intake and update your daily mental and physical status log. Remember to record all the changes you experienced. If after 30 days, your rash disappeared, then it is caused by something in your diet. If it did not go away, then your diet is out of the list for the possible causes for your rashes.

Reintroduce an eliminated food back into your diet for a day and then keep track of your body reaction. The next day, reintroduce another eliminated food while abstaining from yesterday’s reintroduced food; keep a record of your body’s reaction. Go on with this pattern until you have reintroduced all the eliminated food and recorded your body’s reaction to them. That way, you will know what specifically causes your allergic reaction.

I’ve got two rashes that I manage to treat with a steroid cream, but they always keep coming back and in exactly the same place.

I’m not sure what to do about it, I’ve already eliminated all wheat and gluten. I should maybe visit dermatologist or something.
